What’s your return policy?
All returned items must be processed within 31 days from delivery date.
To make a return, or if you have difficulty making a return within the 31 day period, please reach out to email@example.com.
The order number must be provided to make a return, and you will receive a full refund on your original payment method.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds typically take 4-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a different product than the one you ordered, we are extremely sorry! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure you get the product you ordered!
What is the return procedure if I am not satisfied with the product?
Yes within 31 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the shipping label flat to the address side of the package, covering any previous shipping address and barcode without overlapping adjacent sides.
- Include your contact information, including phone and email, just in case the store needs to contact you
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice , the product(s) can be shipped back in a box to the original store of purchase. For the store’s shipping address, please refer to 860 Northeast 94th St, Seattle, Washington 98115, USA .

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
