The United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no surprise line at checkout.
Six to seven business days. Order before 2:00 PM Pacific and it leaves us the next business day; we dispatch Monday through Saturday.
You have 31 days from the day it arrives. Email us, we send you a prepaid label to print, and you drop it off. No restocking fee, and it is fine if you have already used it.
To your original payment method, within four to five business days of the return reaching us. We email you at each step.
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and your card details are handled directly by our payment provider. They never reach our servers, and we never see or store them.
Send us a photo and your order number and we will ship a replacement or refund you straight away. You do not have to wait for the damaged one to travel back.
