The Christmas Card Sorts Itself
Every December there is a photograph that has to happen, and every December it is a negotiation. The Yulora removes the argument: a proper knitted reindeer turtleneck that pulls straight over the head, sits flat on the shoulders, and looks like something someone actually made.
It is a real knit, not a printed jersey, the reindeer is worked into the pattern, so it holds its shape and photographs with texture rather than going flat under a flash. Eleven sizes, from a Chihuahua right up to a Labrador.

Why It’s Better

- Knitted In, Not Printed On: The reindeer and snowflakes are worked into the yarn, so nothing cracks, peels or fades in the wash.
- Eleven Sizes: Chest 9.4 to 31.5 in, so it fits the breeds most brands skip at both ends.
- Ribbed Collar And Cuffs: Neck, cuffs and hem are ribbed, so the sweater stays where you put it instead of riding up.
- Pulls Straight On: A turtleneck pullover with nothing to fasten: over the head, front legs through, done.
- Soft Acrylic: A soft knit rather than scratchy wool, and far easier to wash.
- Four Designs: Red or gray reindeer, red stripe or snowflake.
Perfect for the dog who shivers on the 7am walk
The reason knitwear photographs better than printed fleece is depth: the light catches the stitch, the pattern reads from across a room, and it looks like clothing rather than a costume. Eleven sizes means the whole household matches, which is either delightful or unbearable depending on your family.
Warm on the walk. Photogenic by the tree.

Your Questions, Answered

How do I choose a size?
Measure two things with a soft tape: the chest at its widest point just behind the front legs, and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Match both to the chart in the specifications below and take the larger size if you fall between two. Sizes run from a 9.4 in chest up to 31.5 in.
Will it fit my breed?
Breed names are a poor guide because two dogs of the same breed vary a lot. Measure instead. As a rough orientation, the smallest sizes suit a Chihuahua or a Yorkie, the middle of the range suits a Beagle or a Cocker Spaniel, and the largest sizes suit a Labrador or a Golden Retriever.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water and dry it flat. Do not tumble dry it and do not hang it wet, knitwear stretches under its own weight. Treat it the way you would treat your own jumper and it will keep its shape.
Is it warm enough for winter walks?
On dry cold days, yes. A real acrylic knit with a ribbed turtleneck and cuffs traps warm air the way a jumper does. In rain or a hard wind, put a coat over the top.
Will my dog tolerate it?
It pulls over the head, which is the part some dogs object to. If yours dislikes having its head handled, gather the sweater up like a sock, get the collar over quickly and then guide the front legs. Most dogs settle once it is on because nothing is tightening around them.
Will it still look new after washing?
Yes. The reindeer and the stripes are knitted into the sweater rather than printed on top, so there is no print to crack, peel or fade. Hand wash cold and dry it flat and it comes out looking the same as the day it arrived.
What is in the box?
One sweater, in the size and design you choose. There is no hat, scarf or bandana with it.
