How do I choose a size?
Measure three things and match all of them: chest girth at the widest point behind the front legs, back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and neck girth. Chest is the one that decides the fit. Chest runs 13.4 in at XS through 37.8 in at 6XL, the full table is in the specifications below. If you are between two sizes take the larger, and note allow a 0.4-0.8 in variation between garments.
Does it keep the rain off?
Yes. A water-repellent windproof shell sheds rain and wet snow, and the soft lining stays dry against the coat. One full-length zip and your dog is ready for the weather.
What is the D-ring for?
Clipping the lead straight to the coat, so there is no harness to layer over or under it. The ring is metal, mounted on the upper back, and the load spreads across the quilted shell.
Which size for my breed?
Measure rather than going by breed, because two dogs of the same breed differ a lot.
